Renee Klofanda, BSN, RN, brings more than 20 years of travel nursing experience to the conversations that shape a nurse’s next chapter. Based in Upper Michigan, she has worked across a range of clinical settings, with a strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing, telemetry, and emergency care.
Her perspective comes from the realities of bedside nursing: stepping into unfamiliar units, adapting to new teams, and balancing the demands of an assignment with life beyond the hospital. That experience gives her a practical understanding of the questions nurses need to ask before making their next move.
